Good doctor, has a bit of a by the book attitude and not always realistic opinions, but overall I'd recommend her.

I am a patient of Dr. Shaw and my daughter has been a patient of Dr. Reddy and Dr. Raj all of which are very knowledgeable and kind doctors. Their nurse assistants are very nice and make you feel comfortable. With that being said, they need to be more thorough. I came in to have a dark mole looked at and was suppose to have a referral to see a dermatologist to determine if it was cancerous, but the referral did not get processed. I was also referred to see an orthopedic surgeon to treat a foot problem, but found out that doctor did not treat feet.

On 2 separate occasions they ordered the wrong vaccines for my daughter and they also recorded the wrong vaccination that they administered to my baby in her immunization records during our visit last month. .



What really tops it off is the lack of respect that I have received from the office staff. They have been extremely rude to me and my husband almost every time I have called in about a question or had to deal with them in any way. A couple of months ago my 7 month old baby had an allergic reaction from eating egg whites. I rushed her to her doctor's office and the office staff was rude and said they didn't know if the doctor would see me because I didn't have an appointment. I have had times when I have had to bring my screaming, colicky baby in for check ups and was running a few minutes behind and was scolded by the front office staff. They must not have any idea what it is like to get a screaming baby into a car seat. Overall if you are looking to come in once a year for a flu shot, it's probably not a big deal, but if you have children or make regular visits to your doctor, then I would not suggest this facility.
