        Called for emergency road service at 10:30am and they did not get to me until 4:00pm. That is unacceptable service.

        AAA in Lima, Ohio is AWESOME! Shelbie Roberts is a gem! She booked two fantastic trip for me and my buddies! First location was St. Lucia, next location is Australia! Going through AAA was a snap,!

        I have never had any issues with the service provided by AAA here in Lima, Ohio. I have booked vacations, used the AAA services for car emergencies, and found AAA a wonderful place to buy tickets to favorite amusement parks. The ladies in the Lima office are always courteous and helpful.
