Called this Yamaha dealer to have some work done on my Yamaha motorcycle. Was told, "sorry we don't work on bikes over 10 years old". So much for product support... On what planet does that seem like the right way to treat the customer base?

HATES KIDS!!!! Very mean. Kids are on the mules pretending to drive and the manager comes out and yell at the parents to control the kids. They were so rude and treated me like I was a terrible parent that I spent the $10K on a bike in Lawrenceville about two hours later. THESE PEOPLE ARE MEAN AND RUDE and hate kids. Stay away
