Felix Saenz is the all around handyman plus that charges ok prices, but you also get a job halfway done and promises....and I do mean promises, that he will be back to finish the job. Of course, you get nothing but lies upon lies. Felix is a habitual liar and just tells you what you want to hear. He never answers your call or call you back. He tells you one thing and does another. He thinks that his time is the only one that is important and that your time does not matter at all. He is the most unprofessional service person I have ever come across. He has cost me big money because I have had to hire other people to finish his job, even though he has already gotten paid. He cares about only himself. He can be very charming but don't be fooled. He never finishes the job. Do NOT let him scam you like he scammed me and who knows how many other people. Again, do not hire Felix Saenz!
