Hair Parade

I asked for subtle, natural blonde highlights and the bleach burst and bled due to the stylist's application of the foil, so I have odd spots and stripes of bleached hair throughout. I asked for them to fix it, so they put toner on, which helped but did not fix the problem. After three hours at the salon, I felt uncomfortable with them trying to fix it a third time. I asked the owner for a refund, and she refused to issue one. I even offered to pay for the hair cut but desired a refund on the highlights since they obviously made a mistake. The owner literally told me that if I didn't want them to try a third time that was "my own choice" but that they "would not give me a refund." I am extremely disappointed in the owner's ethics and customer service. I will not be back.
