        Do NOT Trust Superior Pools or...

        Do NOT Trust Superior Pools or Nate Brickner. They agreed to close my pool this year as compensation for having to empty and refill my pool last year (installation year) to fix a defect. I still have the agreement in writing in a dated email. Nate the owner did not dispute it; he simply refused to honor it. I reminded them of the agreement when I scheduled the pool closing but he did not tell me he wouldn't honor it till a couple hours before the closing was scheduled. Dishonest. If you can't trust em how can you give them better than 1 start?
