Went here to buy a tobacco pipe, and when I asked the price of one of the pieces the man with an almost not understandable accent told me 9.99. I proceded to buy that and a few other things. I walked out the door, not even getting to my car when I realized that they didn't give me a receipt. I went back in and another gentleman gave me a receipt, and when I looked it showed I was charged 19.99 for the pipe! I asked the first guy I talked to if I could return it and get a cheaper one, he then proceeded to call the owner of the store, who apparently told him that no I couldn't return it. I had literally JUST walked out of their doors, and it was THEIR ERROR that he told me the WRONG PRICE for one of their items.



There was also another customer in the store besides me who was trying to purchase a scale, stating that he had previously purchased one from this store and when he got home it didn't work. The attendant to him told him, "If you want to try it, you should buy it." That made no sense to me, or the customer he was helping. He clearly had the money to purchase things, so if the attendant was trying to say that the customer would steal it if he tested it, that is very unprofessional.



I will never be returning to this establishment, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATION, CHEAP PRODUCTS.
