Cat Trax Rentals

I was happy with the equipment and pricing but after my experience this morning I can't imagine going back. I was returning a mini excavator this morning and while stopped at a red light a high school student lost control of his truck, clipped the rear of my truck and hit the trailer head on shearing my hitch pin and separating the trailer and equipment from my truck. The kids airbag was deployed and although uninjured was visibly shaken and scared. Cat Trax came and picked up the trailer and I followed to pay my bill. The true character of a man and his business can be judged by how they care for their fellow man and the owner/manager here could care less. He did not ask if anyone was hurt but simply began to inform me that I was going to pay for his trailer, that is all he cared about, getting paid for his trailer.

Fair prices and equipment always maintained and works well. Very professional. Highly recommend. They also have equipment on short notice which I've found to be a challenge with other places - at least if you want it to actually work.

I have rented a 6" chipper twice and both times the machine was ready to go and work exactly as expected. Absolutely no issues. The prices are also great. Highly recommend Cat Trax Rental.

Just a note to say I've been renting skids, tractors, post drivers and air compressors from Cat Trax for the last 3 years and have always found them helpful and very fair. Never any questions about fuel level or hours used. I recommend them.

Very poor customer service. These folks would rather leave the office at 5:00pm than maintain an existing customers. Go elsewhere, because it's obvious to me that these folks don't want your business.
