Very impressed with the service department I will never use another shop again for repairs, Definitely a top notch operation

Completely disorganized business with no courtesy for the customer. Rockbridge can make its rules as it goes, and the customer is at the mercy of a terribly managed, dishonest charade. This company promised fuel delivery to my family on one of the coldest days of the year, and changed the plan mid-day with no communication, while we waited for the truck to show. These are without a doubt the most cold hearted, irresponsible people in the business. Keep your family out of the hands of Rockbridge Farmers Coop. I wish someone had warned me.
