Kathy S.: the reviews, I can assure you, are quite real. I have been a cllient of Unique for some time now, and have never ever ever had a bad cut. I go to Kelly Weed. All of the stylists there are awesome, however. Perhaps you did not explain what you wanted very clearly to your stylist? Perhaps you did get hte cut you described, but you just can't style it correctly yourself? And, if your let you husband make the necessary "corrections" I can only imagine what your hair looks like now. Please do not write poor reviews of someone in haste. At the very least let the stylist you saw re-cut your hair to your liking.

Went in for an A-Line bob. She should have told me she didn't know what an a-line bob was. What I got was a straight cut across the back and no gradual taper to the longer front. She just ended straight at the back and left the front longer. Looks horrible. I tried to call but they didn' t answer or call back. My husband had to fix it best he could and I'll have to keep it curled till I can get another cut. On Genbook where you make your appointment all the reviews are 5 star. I looked but there is no place for me to leave my review, so I'm assuming that those reviews are fake.
