X-rays

Teeth Cleaning
Seen recently on social media - should be avoided. These pastes are very abrasive and thus may indeed remove mild surface stains, as would a dental cleaning, but they certainly do not lighten the tooth’s internal color. Be aware that, if used frequently and long-term, these toothpastes will strip away the white tooth enamel making teeth more yellow in appearance, more sensitive and more susceptible to cavities. According to the Journal of American Dental Association (JADA) and their analysis of 118 studies done on the topic, there is no evidence that supports these products do what they say, and furthermore, they discovered they can actually cause harm by wearing away the enamel.

Fillings
These fillings are also much sturdier, kinder to the surrounding tooth structure, and offer more support than amalgam fillings, which were prone to cracking due to their metal material. Because composite resin doesn’t expand and contract, they are crack-resistant and less likely to cause damage to your teeth.
Resin Composite
Composite resin fillings match the color of your teeth so that they blend in and leave you with a gorgeous smile that no one can even tell contains fillings. Aside from the aesthetic benefits, composite resin fillings are healthier, better sealed, and less prone to damage than traditional amalgam silver fillings.
Veneers
Veneers are thin tooth-shaped porcelain dental prosthetics that are designed to cover the front surface of your teeth. Because veneers are completely custom-made, they can treat a wide variety of cosmetic issues. Porcelain veneers cover stains, chips, broken teeth, gaps, and even misshapen or slightly crooked teeth.
Crowns
The best option for replacing these missing lateral incisors in children and teens is called a "wing lateral bridge." A very small area is prepped out of the back of the central incisor (the large front tooth in the middle), and a small wing attached to a lateral crown is bonded into place. This is a huge esteem booster, as it gives the illusion that the child is not missing the tooth at all!
Bridges
There are specialized tools that can make cleaning underneath and between your dental bridge much easier. Try investing in a water flosser, a floss pick, a floss threader, or an interdental brush.
Dental Bonding
Both veneers and dental bonding can help you fix small chips and cracks or mask stains. But, although they seem to offer the same benefits, they work differently.
