        Definitely consider these guys

        Based on my experiences with them, I would definitely call on Compustation again. I'd had an issue with my fussy Dell laptop's power jack, a problem that I'd been told by friends (and backed up by my own research) was a motherboard issue and that I'd be better off giving up and buying a new computer. I called Compustation hoping for a better prognosis and was impressed with their honesty - they flat-out told me there was a 50/50 chance they could find a cheaper solution than a motherboard replacement. While at times I was somewhat frustrated at the length of time they had my computer, and wished they would give me more regular updates on what was going on, in the end it was more than worth the wait - their honesty, friendliness, and more-than competitive rates left me feeling highly positive about my experiences with them. I'm currently writing this from the laptop they fixed despite a number of difficulties - a laptop I was just about ready to give up on ... I'd happily recommend them to anybody who needed honest, reasonably-priced, and effective computer repair.
