Paul Sullivan and his agents provide professional representation for sellers, buyers and renters, as well as property management. Paul is service-oriented, loyal and hard working. He instills the same work ethic in his employees. After completing his tour of duty in the United States Navy, Paul Sullivan moved his family to the Southern Maryland area where he has lived for more than 30 years. Paul is a Broker, GRI ( Graduate Real Estate Institute ) and e-Pro certified REALTOR. He brings to the real estate profession his experience in many areas. Paul was a property manager for office buildings in Washington, D.C. for 30 years. He has his Master HVAC ( heating, ventilation and air-conditioning ) license. He is a Life Member of his local volunteer rescue squad, which has enhanced his compassionate and caring character along with his strong family values and solid work ethic. Paula Turner has joined Pax River Realty as a salesperson ( Realtor ). She has 10 years experience as a legal assistant at a law firm in Washington, D.C. After getting married, she took a job as a customer support assistant with Veda Systems, Inc a local contractor. When she and her husband decided to start a family, she owned and operated a daycare business from home for 10 years to be able to stay home and care for her own children. She has been a member and volunteer of a local rescue squad since 1986. Paula is very energetic and looking forward to assisting buyers, sellers and renters with all their real estate needs. Leonard Kohl has joined Pax River Realty as a Realtor. Leonard has over 11 years of real estate experience in St. Mary's County. He has provided professional representation for buyer, sellers, tenants, and landlords. He served as Vice Chairman of the St. Mary's County Callaway Advisory Committee that designed Callaway for the Food Lion and Callaway Center commercial build outs. He also served as Vice Chairman on the Historic Preservation Commission that documented over 750 historic sites in St. Mary's County. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 1975 and served with HML-267 at Camp Pendleton, CA. He was honorably discharged as a Sergeant of Marines in 1980. He completed his college education at San Diego State University. A native son of the County, Leonard knows St. Mary's and is looking forward to assisting you with all of your Real Estate needs. Pax River Realty continues to grow with the addition of a new agent, Denise ( Dee ) Fitzgerald. Dee started with Pax River Realty in December, but she is not new to the real estate business as she has been working as a licensed realtor since 1979. This year marks the 30th year she has provided professional representation for buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants. Dee is personally involved in real estate, having owned and managed multiple rental properties for the past 28 years. Dee has lived in Scotland, MD since 1961, when she moved here with her parents when they opened Duffy's Restaurant and Tavern. She grew up helping he parents ran and build the business, and eventually managed it for them. When her parents decided to sell the business, she handled the sale. The mother of three daughters, she volunteered with various organizations in the county, including Saint Mary's County Schools and the Department of Parks and Recreation. Her favorite pastimes are gardening, photography, fishing and enjoying the company of her family and friends. She is looking forward to assisting you with all your real estate needs.
