Miller's Exceptional Service

I was made aware a while back that the buisiness establiment purchase their items that they sale from other yard/garage sales and re-sale them at double or triple of what they paid for them. You you tell me if this is dead wrong or what. What happened to integretity and treating people the way that you want to be treated? Now I hear that the owner is a pastor of a local church. Now if this is true you shoud be ashamed of yourself for not being honest with your customerrs and doing what you need to do to make sure that they are satisfied. I will never make a purchase from this establishment and I will also advise that no one else does as well!

I had a VERY bad experience with this place!!!! I had went there because I always saw these things in the front of store and it looked like a promising place to get a deal on things. So on this particular day I had stopped by to find out about a washer and dryer that they had located right outside the door of the store. Now living on one income with children I stressed to the owner that I really needed something that was going to work... and could they guarantee that the applicances worked, ( I was already going to have to get it on borrowed money), they informed me that they personally had just used both the appliances themselves and that they worked perfectly. I then purchased the applicances thinking $250 was not a bad deal for both sets... boy was I fooled. When I go them home and started to wash in the washer... water poured from every hole, every corner, everywhere!!!!! OMG it was awful!!!! To make a long story short... I called them and informed them the very next day of what had happened... no arguments...I was just told to bring them back.. I did the next day when I got a truck... so now 3 days have passed and I bring them back in with my receipt expecting my money back on such a big purchase. No he says... no money back!!! You can get something else out of the store to replace it!!! Are you kidding me???!!! Not only did I have his word that these applicance worked and that he himself had used it----I returned them not even 3 whole days later with a receipt... I can't get my money back!!!!! He knew my situation and I had no money to spare!!!! I was SOOOO upset!!! He is suppose to be a man of God at that!!! So to this day.... several months later... I still have not got my money back and he still owes me, telling me to get something else out of the store.... do you really think I would after I was told a bold-faced lie about something that I had already bought from you???? REALLY!!!! So you already know how I rate this place.... Don't go unless you have room for junk and have money to waste!!!!!
