AAA Guaranteed Pest Control

Initially, this company seemed OK....no major complaints, they came right out the same day that I called, which is why I went with them. They guaranteed their work (mice) and gave me a Service Agreement stating so. The mice have returned and I have called twice now but they can not find a convenient time to come out. And when I try to schedule a time in the future they won't do it. I was told to call back and they will let me know if they have other business in the area which determines when they will fulfill the Service Agreement. This is not totally unreasonable but the mice are multiplying and I don't have time to keep calling. Also, the guy was VERY rude. I would NOT recommend this company.

Watch out for this company. They tried to upsell us a bunch of additional services, then lied about what they were doing, were found out when I talked to a legitimate pest control company, denied what they were doing and took our check and ran. Whoever you work with, make sure you get the service agreement, in writing, before working with them. This is the worst vendor experience I've ever had.
