Wise Choice Tack & Trailer

I have been shopping for field boots for a few months and settled on a pair of mountain horse boots from wise choice. In July, I came in and was fitted for a pair of size 9 Wide calf, since I was still in the shopping around stage, I waited until August to make the $235 purchase. I was in a bit of a rush bc I was heading to Indiana for a horse show that day. When I got to the show and dressed for my class, I thought the boots were a little tight, but attributed it to needing to be broken in. It wasn't until after I got done showing that my feet were really starting to throb. When I took the boots off I checked the size and the had given me size 8 boots in a box that said size 9! When I called today to see if anything could be done (exchange or stretching), I was told that all that Mary Ann would allow is for them to be re-soled at my cost. In very unhappy that I'm stuck paying for wise choice's mistake! I will not shop here again!!!
