Trent Senior Village

Trent's been renting since April and has no phone, cable or internet capability. They refuse to allow Satellite dish's (this is illegal per Federal Law - OTARD rules ) Per Episcopal Retirement Services in Cincinnati (owners), they have been in a 5 month legal battle with Time Warner Cable (the ONLY cable in Lexington).An FCC complaint has been filed but TWC has already given out a half a dozen "will be completed by dates" in 2 months. Short version TWC hasn't run the fiber optic cables from the hub to the buildings which are wired and ready. They have been sending Contractors out to "install" cable and internet for tenants, they don't get paid unless the job is done. TWC is knowingly shafting them out of their pay.TWC and ERS have been lying through their teeth the entire time. This is only a fraction of the problems with this place. FYI, the website and commercials ERS are showing you the places in Cinci, NOT Trent. False advertising.Welcome packet 98% amenities don't and won't exist.
