Had my first prenatal ultrasound here. This should be an exciting and emotional appointment! The tech was Bland and unfriendly. She gave no notice of inserting vaginal wand, wouldn't turn the screen around for us to see the baby, didn't let me listen to the heart beat, and when I asked how everything looked, she looked at me, expressionless and emotionless, and said "I can't tell you that." Okay. I understand that legally you cannot give me that information but show a little compassion and empathy. Also, she did not give me, or direct me to, a towel to clean up when she was finished. A less than exciting first appointment and I will most certainly make sure the hospital hears about the poor service it's techs are giving to their PAYING patients.

Employees are obese, chain smoking hicks who don't know or care what they're doing. Stay home and tough it out, avoid the certain infection you'll get as a patient in the "care" of these yokels. If you're currently a patient, call 911 and be transferred. Anywhere else.

Pathetic excuse for care. Had an incident with several on the 4th floor who are incompetent yet they tried to defend their position instead of resolving the situation. I highly recommend taking pictures and audio recording each interaction because they will lie to cover their incompetence.

I was in the ER from 7:10-9:00 before I was seen. Once I was taken make I was in a serious pain that was near unbareable and the nurse didn't notice. I told them I was pregnant and fell off the bed. Rude from when I said that to now. I just moved back to Lexington this is the worst medical assistance I have ever received. Now they're saying to have an X-ray done. I thought you weren't supposed to get those when you're pregnant. All of the nurses were just rude!!!!

After releasing my mom telling her she is fine after being attacked by a cat and having streaks traveling up her arm, she ends up in UK ICU the next day, staying for a week and almost died. Missed a blood clot in my head. Today my son was brought in after spilling hot oil on his dominant hand up to his elbow. He was made to wait in the waiting room screaming in paid as the swelling and blisters got worse while a guy who twisted his ankle was seen 1st. As he was screaming in pain, the women at the front desk talked bad about him. When they finally saw him, the doctor says "That looks like it hurts, big guy." He is 19 being talked to like he was 5. Then they transferred him to UK (where the care was excellent). They said that since it is oil and he was made to wait, they won't fully know the extent of the damage for about a week. But he has 2nd and 3rd degree burns and may need a skin graft.
