Splash-n-Go CarWash

The carwash didn't recognize my car, therefore it never came on. I knocked and knocked on the door, no one answered. No one answers the phone that they have listed, nor do they have voicemail. I would like the owner to contact me to refund my money.

Also it forced me to give it a star ratiing. My true opinion is zero stars.

I used the automatic wash bay today for the first time and my first complaint was that is did not get the bird droppings off of my rear window. Then later that night when I came home, I noticed some strange markings on my rear bumper that had not been there before. I tried to rub them off but they are more like stratches in it. I believe that these were made from the brushes in the car wash. I drive a 2005 Honda Accord Coupe. Perhaps it does fine on trucks and such but I will not be going back and will be sure to protect anyone else I know from having their car damaged. I am waiting on a call back from the owner/manager about this. Perhaps the touchless bay would not have done any damage, but I won't be finding out on my car.
