Southern Rays Tanning

Don't let the manager there know that you live where free tanning is at you apt or gym. You will get treated differently. Before moving to my apartment complex now I tanned off and on there for years. I went in one day after not tanning there since my move and asked about sunless tanning session and told her I was waiting on them to replace the bulbs in the tanning bed at my complex. I asked her about the spray tan visit, she told me it was 10.00 for visit for the first time or I could get the 10.00 deal they were running at the time for 7 days. I asked if that included the spray tan she said yes but she didn't tell me until I had paid if I wanted to do that to it was extra 10.00 on top of what I already paid. She even said when handing me the change back. you can come in Friday and just pay 10.00 to spray tan on this package. There was a line so I went to tan and told her after wards. She told me she didn't say it and pounded her fist together.I asked where were more southern rays, then she told me she was sorry it made her mad she had to pay for taxes and apt and gyms didn't and it took her business. Even if I did misunderstand her in which I said I was sorry if I did no one in a business is suppose to act like that. She had knew my apt had a tanning bed and I asked about sunless visit if I didn't misunderstand why would I have gotten the 10.00 package deal for 7 days if I didn't think the sunless was included when before that she knew I was just waiting on them to replace to apts tanning beds bulbs. I told my husband about it and he told me not to go back that regardless of what was said a manager shouldn't treat a paying customer that way. Very unprofessional.... and if it wasn't the lady wouldn't blamed her bad mood on how it makes her mad that apartments and gyms are stealing her business and how they don't have to pay for taxes on tanning beds but she does. So she took her anger out on me. Im a nice person and up to this point she has always been to but I have been a client care before and even if the client didn't hear me right I would never treat them that way, by beating my fist together and saying ive just been in this to long. I think she is nice because every one is paying but the second you take a break from there and she knows you tan for free at your apt or gym you will be treated as I was. if that wasn't the case she wouldn't have said sorry it just makes me mad I have to pay taxes and apt and gyms don't on their tanning beds. That had nothing to do with me. I just called and found out she manages other southern Rays so she can keep the last 10.00 I will ever spend there. I told my hubby and he told me regardless of me misunderstanding her as years prior to being her client before I moved here she should have not acted that way. I'll just wait until my apt replaces the bulbs here and when I move out tan at perfect tan where I use to tan other than sun tan city high prices or southern rays attitude problem due to the management lady taking it out on me because it made her mad that apt and gyms got her business and didn't have to pay taxes on the beds but she did.....totally not my fault and her actions were uncalled for to me being a prior client of hers for the past few years up until I moved. I forgave her but went home and told my husband and told me not to go back. He couldn't believe how I was treated. I was able to tell him on the phone some of what happened but when I went home told him face to face he told me not to go back and now I wont. That's the gratitude I get for being a long time customer who just took a break due to having tanning bed here at my apt complex!
