I came across the previous post and realized that you have this clinic mixed up with another one. We have never requested that our clients purchase their own probes EVER. Our prices are also reasonable. If you ever come by our clinic, you will be greeted by a kind and friendly staff. I am sorry you had a bad experience wherever you went, however, we would love to have you stop by and see us at Bluegrass Electrolysis and Laser Clinic. We do free consultations. Good luck!

I had a bad experience when I visited the clinic. If you go to this clinic, do not expect to be seen in a timely manner. Several times, I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. I also found the owner to be arrogant and rude.



Moreover, I found her services to be overpriced -- especially for KY. Then, while they do autoclave their needles (to clean them), I was told that I had to pay for new clean needles. After visiting another clinic that gave me new needles everytime (for free), I realized how ridiculous this clinic really is.



Overall, electrolysis is a long process - if you are going to have it done, you are beter off getting it done in an environment where you can feel comfortable. Skip this place.
