Not worth stars that bad is the professionalism and that high is the incompetence level of the staff headed by manager Lisa at the Towne centre drive location. Expertise lies in pettiness as you cannot question about the slowness of the process. If you have an option run to randstand or remedy staffing much better managed , this is a shame on staffing agencies worldwide.

Very unprofessional place. Walked in the other day to see if they have any job opening. They start inquring about Citizenship and Green card and want to make copy of it. I think you inquire I-9 document s after a job offer. This place might get a lawsuit on discrimination!

I worked at Amazon through this company in 2010 in peak season. There was almost no communication the entire time I was there. They changed the time that paychecks were picked up without telling anyone, after I (and about thirty othe people) had stood for an hour outside the buliding. That was after I finally figured out where to even pick the thing up. Nobody there seemed to know the answer to anything. I wouldn't go through them again.

I worked for integrity for the first time in november of last year, I had a hard time due to my back problems but needed a job fast and they were willing to hand out jobs. The process was simple and left with a job for the next week. The orientation was boring as ever and so was the first day. You would have to be an idiot not to know how to do this job. I actually left this job after Christmas because so many people had already left and I was wanting to look for another job. The second time I went to integrity the staff at the hiring place were rude and acted like they didnt want to be there. The lady that asked for my id might as well have had b.... written on her forehead. But again I got a job within the next week. I again went through the boring oreintation and worked in the same department. I was told that day that I had a better chance at getting hired since it was July instead of the peak season. I tried very hard not to miss but integrity made me use my approved time off to see my mother who just had a stroke. I also had to use two points in order to see my sick mother. One day I actually was sick, and I mean awfully sick, but I still went to work. I became dizzy and then had to leave and take a point. At this point I was an operator and working above other associates. I only had three points at this point and asked my boss aboutmy standing. He assured me not to worry, and I made a point to tell him that I was in a financial crisis and that I needed to know in order to look for another job. My 1200 hours were only two weeks away when they let me go. And after my boss told me not to worry. Don't think that you are going to get hired, because you are not. Unless you are completely and utterly perfect then you will get let go. Integrity is not flexible and will give you false hope. Amazon and Integrity are money hungry and are souless.

The folks at Integrity were very helpful. I started as a seasonal worker and have just recently been hired by Amazon. during their busy season, Integrity does have to interview thousands of people and this can take some time, but hey, there aren't many jobs out there. Who wouldn't wait.



Integrity got me started on what I hope will be a long term job at a cool company.

They are the most stuck up people I've ever met.. The staff act like they are better then you because they get to sit at a deck and snotty as well.

This place is a waste of time and effort, during the application process they dont pay any attention to you, they dont call you for jobs, etc.

Unemployment is at an all record high in kentucky right now.......... please dont waste time on this one.

Integrity should change their name to cattle call, my experience was a big waste of valued time, The whole process of applying for a job took hours. First, .... you do tons of WASTED paper work I must of wrote my name more than I did when I was a kid.

Then, you take a stupid test to see if you can read........ then you go wait for a start date....... if you passed the test, you get to wait again by this time i thought I had the job. finally they told me I had a position and if I wanted days or nights but I was'nt done yet I had to go to orientation, one week later, orientation came, and I was ready, that took about 3 hours, another week went by and finally I was to start!

Start date came and I was their ON TIME and they turned me away telling me they don't need me that day and they will call........... WHAT IS THAT!

I went into the office the next day and guesss what, the woman tells me maybe the next week and I should call. TWO WEEKS OF WASTED TIME



THEY ARE UNPROFFESSIONAL IDIOTS! and if i were YOU stay away, go to a company that is honest about their policies and hiring procedures. INTEGRITY........ they do not have. I thought when a company tells you your hired you have a job.
