Ecampus Bookstore

The service with ecampus is so bad it's almost unbelieveable. I ordered a book about a month ago and it never came. I have sent ecampus about 6 emails and have only gotten an automated response to one. I have called them and was on hold forever, then was told I would get a call back, but I never did. If you were thinking about buying here: just don't. I wish I hadn't and I never will again. Amazon all the way.

The service here, for me, has always been quick and kind. The best thing about this bookstore compared to the others is that its a national bookstore. The prices are always good and most of the time a little cheaper than UK bookstore or Kennedy's but only by a little. That also means when UK stops using the book that doesnt mean other universities have. The best part is taking in a three year old book that UK didnt buy back at the end of the semester and get 50 for it. The website is useful for looking up the money you will get and the store is good for getting the cash.

I ordered a book over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it but they sure as hell debited my card for it. The tracking information they sent has no information...i think I'm just going to dispute the charge and send it back when or should I say if it ever arrives!!!! Will never use this bookstore again and I will pass the word around about their crappy service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only clicked star because they made me I wouldn't give them half a star!!!!!!!!!!!
