My wife and I decided to stage our home instead of reducing our price, Emma staged our home and we received two offers, we sold our home over the list price.

I would not recommend. Great ideas, but expensive and worked at a very slow pace for the amount of work required for the job. :-(

Emma was very instrumental in the sell of my house. In fact, it wasn't until she de-cluttered my home and staged it for viewing, that I noticed any return visits and interest shown from the prospective Buyer's. She seems to know exactly what the buyer's sees and is looking for when he/she walks through your door. I truly appreciated her skills and highly recommend her service.

I have worked with Emma on jobs and she does an excellent job. She goes above and beyond and does all this for a very afffordable price! I have seen several different houses that she has spruced up and made look designer on a budget.
