MoveCo.net exceeded our expectations and the owner and movers went over and above to make sure our move went smoothly. The movers were courteous and took their time to protect our furniture so we had no damage because of the care they took. We will highly recommend them to our family, friends and associates.

They are a company that keeps their word. The movers were very professional however our move took longer than expected and a few items were slightly damaged. When I first called to notify them of the damage they were extremely busy however said they would review the claim. They reviewed the claim and offered us a fair reimbursement.

I work at moveco for a while now, an since I started there it has been great .... It has tought me a lot an I couldn't be happier there , our bosses are amazing an really treat us like family ... We are all family here at moveco. An we do our best everyday to do everything in our power for our customers. Yes we are human, mistakes happen... But at the end of the day the office staff , the movers and supervisors our here to help u with all your moving needs at the highest level possible.

BUYERS BEWARE. I do not recommend MoveCo. I had requested 4 men for a recent move. 2 men showed up. I requested 4 for a reason because of the amount of stuff I had to move. What initially was to be a one day move turned into a 2 day move. On the second day, one of the workers sons showed up to help. The driver, Carl, broke a glass top for an end table. He advised me that he broke it and would replace it. After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything, I send an email and then I had to complete a damage claim. Completed the damage claim and then asked for pics of the damaged item. Well, not sure how I was supposed to provide pictures of the damaged glass top when the driver had already disposed of it. Several more weeks past and I get a call offering $18 to replace the glass top. That is not acceptable. I will be sure to post this message on any site that allows users to post messages.

Moved here from Houston the last weekend and i have to say I was very pleased with MoveCo.net they handed all my belonging with the utmost care. They even shrink wrapped my LED TV and my leather sofas. I will use MoveCo.net the next time I move from how they treated me. From sending a professional driver to estimate my home to having the same mover out on move day just like they advertise to us. "Drivers not sales guys" Super Awesome guys and Crew.
