Lakeland Apartments

We've been here 3 years, I have to dust every 2 weeks. Not a flex of dust anywhere else in the apt just my room I have begged for them to come fix my AC problem that requires knocking out the ceiling above the dining room and adding a new vent shaft to replace the one the rats chewed through and a unit that is big enough to cool a 2 bedroom. This came straight from the AC guy during the one and only time I saw any possible fixing it. You can feel a ten degree drop coming out of my bedroom into the living room. I have every vent in the apt shut except my bedroom just to push enough air into my room. I have to keep the thermostat set at 68 just for it to be bareable in my room. I gave up trying to get it fixed and have now put a window unit in and my electric is now twice what it should be. It took me 11 months to get them to replace my dryer that was taking 3 80 minute cycles for one load only a year ago. Now two weeks ago this dryer goes completely out and they said they are on back order and there are 3 or 4 people who have already been waiting 2 months for one!! I'm beyond pissed! Number one it's included in the rent. I've spent 60 so far I take care of my grandmother who has accidents in the bed and I have to wash bedding every other day sometimes. And now I have gone to two different doctors because of a rash that one doctor says is scabies and the other doctor says is most likely bites from dust mites!! There is a certain protocol that has to be followed in the treatment for scabies. Which includes having to wash every bit of clothing and bedding to prevent a reoccurrence. I CANT DO THAT WITHOUT A DRYER SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I STILL HAVE THIS RASH AND I CAN HEAR MY LUNGS WHISLE! So I'm hoping they will get wind of this review because if I don't get a dryer by Friday I'm calling the health department, the mayor, city inspectors, and who ever else it takes to get this shit fixed and done.
