City of Lewisville Public Work is a division of the Department of Public Services. The division is governed by the city of Lewisville, Texas; and operates various areas that include administration, street maintenance, traffic operations and utility line maintenance. Its street maintenance division is responsible for maintenance of the Lewisville s streets, sidewalks, alleys and drainage systems, and it maintains more than 546 lane miles of city streets. Its traffic operations division is responsible for maintaining traffic devices used to direct traffic. Its maintenance division provides various services, including line locates, water and sewer line repairs, sewer line cleaning, water meter installation and maintenance, and fire hydrant repair and maintenance.
