Auto Rescue

If it was possible for zero then thats what it would have been. Wife called Geico Roadside for a brick she hit and busted the tire. So all she needed was someone to help change the tire for her. So Geico contracted this worthless company and told my wife they will be there in 45mins which was bad. And they did make it with in the time given but the problem is that they went on by didn't even talk to or check on her. They called Geico saying sorry its not safe to change so call someone else. My wife is on the side of the road and touched the grass slightly so it was "unsafe to change". We could have moved the car a little to get off the grass and the tire wasnt even road side. So my wife had to wave down someone for help. There are now claims on Geico against them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Was given a 90 minute ETA and after 90 minutes I Called and was told 15 more minutes. After more than two hours I called and was told they were not coming at all. Awful customer service.

the ETA time for the tech was 3:38pm in Addison park apt . i went down to my vehicle at 3:30 pm so i wont miss the person unlocking my truck. i see the white saturn drive passed me and look directly at me and kept going . my mother inlaw calles the company to see if the right wrecker is at the apartment multiple times . 30 minutes has went by and i still have not seen the white saturn drive by again(the apartment complex is half empty because it the middle of the day while everyone is at work and it only 4 main building and there ws only 2 silver dodge ram trucks in the entire complex ) . i finally see him again at 4:07pm ,ABOUT TO PASS ME AGAIN ! i waved him down and ask if he was suppose to be unlocking my truck . he then proceed asking me multiple times "if you want someone else to unlock your car then i can call someone else " i told him " no i just want you to unlock my car " and why do you keep asking me that do you not want to do your job " the he starting yelling " dont talk to me like im a child " and " everything is recorded " . i became so furious that i starting yelling back and then he as he was filling out the paper work still rambling on saying "kids these day have no respect .....kids need to learn to talk to grown men " . (im a grown women myself so i was very insulted when he kept referring to me as a "child/kid" ). he had the worst attitude I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS OF IN MY LIFE !by time he got my door open its 4:37pm. when i ask for his name he yelled out "FATS" (which to me does not sound like a legit "legal" name ) so i proceed to get his licence number and he tried to run me over with his car but its a older white Saturn he as a 6 foot ish black man around late 30s maybe mid 40s yeas old . by the end of this horrible experience i do not ever want to use auto rescue again . the locksmith kept hollering that everything was recorded so i hope up listen and make the appropriate actions
