Would have given them zero stars if I could have. The employers falsify documents regularly, because they are too lazy to do any of the work up front, and therefore have employees backdate all documents.

They make employees sign on at a lower wage rate and promise that is not your rate, unless they decide they want to pay you that for a certain week and you have no legal action.

Employer makes employees write out a prewritten resignation letter, and will not fill out any paperwork that employees request, even after promising to do so numerous times.

when the associated need superior response they wanted response 32 to 1 week after all time they said busy don't have time don't understand how they work have 9 month work here I not happy what I have but I know Goin to do what need sap , every week lose associated I ready see why they leave

I worked for this company for many years and just returned after a few years with another company. That other company was good at the start but it soon became apparent that while I was better paid they did not care about me and they found other ways to charge me for any disciplinary action taken. They finally said that they wouldnt give any raises as there were a ton of officers looking for jobs who would take the slightly higher rate.



I came back to ANJ and it really does feel like a family. Yeah, the coworkers might not speak great english, but they are good honest workers who I know will have my back on the property.



The work is good and the hours are long. I've seen alot of guards come and go but most of them weren't worth keeping. Sleepers and people who would leave me alone on the post while they go home and show up before the end of the shift. These are not people I want to work with.

Work this company for a year started off good the owners do not care about their employees thay lie to there employees you have to drive to pick your check up they don't have direct deposit they make you wear security shirts that other Security offices wearing before in charge you $35 for it which is ridiculous you have to pay for everything to even start working if you try to go to the office to talk with them they lie and say they not there but soon as you mess up at a post they get in touch with you then they hire a lot of foreigners and a lot of Africans from out of the country probably do not have legal citizen they work security guards that have felonies you have no vacation time I would not advise anyone to work with this company Les it's get in where you fit in until you find something better and they don't recognize the good security guard then they want to try to make everyone put a tracking device on their personal cell phones which is ludicrous why would you work for a company that don't Trust they're guards this company is very terrible need to get their stuff together bad business stay away from this company if you can

Let me start by saying I have been in this industry for 12+ years. I took a job with them short term inbetween jobs and I was shocked. They hire people who do not know what they are doing. They tell you the answers to the license test, they pay minumum wage and then give you a bonus per hour unless you do someting they dont like then they pull your bonus (never had mine pulled). This is terrible business practice. They make you purchase your uniform and charge you for every little item. They took the cost of my license out of my check but never submitted the payment or paperwork for my license so when I got my new job I had to pay all over again and get new fingerprints, test etc. This company has some of the most untrained indivituals working for them I would never work for or hire a company like this. I am shocked they are still in business and department of labor has not come down on them. They do as little as possible just to get by and care nothing for employees. Apparently there turn over rate is out of control. Their website is laughable when they say Our industry-low turnover rate shows we know how to keep employees happy. , Just want whomever is reading this to know I was not fired i left on good terms but wanted people to know before doing business as employee or client what is really going on behind the scenes.
