        BRIDE'S BEWARE: I bid on and won a $400 Traditional Wedding Party Package from Floral Artistry and Espresso Garden. When we tried to use it this is the response we got. “Bottom line I feel you thought you were purchasing 400 worth of wedding flowers....that is simply not the case.” That is totally what I thought since I won the bid. Yes we needed to change a Maid of Honor bouquet for a Man of Honor Boutonnière, and a couple other small changes, Boquets for boutonnière or corsages; in the end we were only asking for 12 items out of the 16 offered. This did not happen. We are using another florist, Old Post Office Floral in Troy ID. We are much happier and it getting ALL we need how we want it for much cheaper!

        YIKES!

        Tried to use them for Grandfather's funeral. They were over priced, didn't have any pictures of the "artist's" recent work to choose arrangements from. They suggested we just trust him, after all, "he is an artist". They ridiculed us when we decided to use a different florist and physically blocked our exit from their shop. Extremely confrontational!
