Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They expect their patients to do their part and be responsible for their own behavior, but that is reasonable and as it should be. It's a requirement when treating people with mental health issues.

I was very ill when I first began seeing Jessica. She has helped me a great deal. I am a very grateful patient.

Do not use Estes. Terrible staff, beyond unfriendly woman treated me like a criminal when they were at fault for never returning my phone calls for 6 months, basically never tried to find different medication that works with insurance. 15 minutes and gave me an adderall prescription that cost $100 and would not find another alternative. And when i needed to make a follow up appointment, ignored me for 6 months, so i had to go through my primary physician for one prescription, and they finally call me back to tell me i violated a controlled drug policy. Stay away from them. Even river valley could do a better job.

Review: The horrendous lack of ethical treatment & the indecent policy standards of this claimed service are by law, criminalistic. I strongly urge you, as the public, to boycott this business. It does not reflect the esteemed values of this community, my family has helped build, since it's inception, and will continue as long as we live. If possible, within the lawful bounds of authority, I will have this business immediately & permanently shut down, ceasing all operations. Until then, join in the cause of prosecuting this business to the full extent of the law. Working for Estes behavioral health condemned. It is an absolute disgrace to see this conduct from a business in operation, anywhere.
