It has been very difficult to get supplies on time when they are needful. And now they have been out of the filters I've needed with no contact back to me when they will be in. The phone mailbox is always full when I call to reorder supplies or ask about them. It took a long time to get on the automatic refill list. And then when they come, it's like a months and months worth of supplies that I should have received bit by bit.
