American Health Med Transport

I just had a massive 12- hr. Spine surgery. Paramedic Z.'s decision that my 2 hr. Transport on I 95 should be by wheelchair. I required a stretcher. He stated, "What a waste of a stretcher. This could have been for somebody who really needs it..His cell Phone received texts and calls with burp sounds. He left me in the doctors office on an iunlocked stretcher. They went to eat and smoke. Wouldn't allow me to ask my surgeon any questions because, "I should be at a softball game, but because we are here with you, I can't go." Before the transport even started, they asked me for $381 cash or debit card and said that if they can get it they wouldn't provide the transport. I said I didn't care that much money in my purse. I was an ER RN for 20 years. This company has uneducated paramedics that that does provide care, mean, stupid.
