Picture Perfect Medspa & Salon

I get my underarms lasered here and it is one of the best investments I have made. The new owner is awesome and this place is so efficiently run and professional. The staff is well trained and very nice and make you feel comfortable. Love the atmosphere. I will be coming here for a long time. You also can't beat the prices. It's a win-win.

I love the service and treatments I have gotten at Picture Perfect Medspa and Salon. So far I have had three laser treatments on my legs and underarms and I have seen awesome results. 75% of the hair from my underarms is gone and about 50% from my legs. I can't believe it has worked that well after only three treatments!



The prices are very good and the staff are very professional and make you feel comfortable. All of my treatments have been done by Lindsey S. and she always does a wonderful job! She always explains the procedure well and puts me totally at ease. I would recommend this place, and especially Lindsey, to anyone.

My microdermabrasion treatment was heaven. Mica's facial massage and shoulder massage with it was amazing. Going back in two weeks!

I love coming to picture perfect because all the girls are so sweet and fun. The new owner has made things a lot more organized and cohesive. Picture perfect has deals you can't find anywhere else and it's good quality service. Highly recommend.

I bought a groupon to this spa for laser hair removal. I went 5 times and even paid extra for them to do a "double" treatment which they told me would show results quicker. After 5 treatments there is not one but if difference in hair removal. What a waste of my money. I've had hair removal at other spas and I was happy with the results.

Worst spa ever! Tried this place out hoping I wouldn't have to go up to Sandy to the place I normally go. I went in for a body wrap. The girl showed me the bell to ring in case I needed anything and explained that it rang throughout the entire spa and someone would come into assist me. Once my wrap was done I waited for 20 minutes and rang the bell twice and noone came in even though I could hear them outside the doors and could hear the bell ringing!! I finally unwrapped myself and walked out and two of the girls were out there talking with each other. The other two were helping check people in. I assume the owner was there because he was standing around walking in and out of the office while I explained that I had been done for over 20 minutes and had rang the bell but noone came to help me but he didn't say a word to me. I have yet to hear anything from the spa, no phone call apology, no email, nothing. Yikes!
