The Pediatric Care Center

I agree with the other reviewer! This place is TERRIBLE!! The workers are mean and rude. But the worse part is how money crazy the pediatrician is! She charges what she wants and cheats and lies just to get more money out of people and the insurance companies!!! She totally lied about the treatment of one of my children and charged an outrageous price!! UGHH! DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE unless you like liars and cheaters!!!!! I will never take my kids there again and I told them this!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! The other poster was being generous when she gave them 2 stars. The only reason I gave one is because there wasn't a choice for no stars!

I have had several bad experiences with this doctor's office. First of all, if you have a sick child and call for an appointment...they never have anything available til one or two days later. If my child is sick, I want them to see the doctor that day. I end up having to take my child to urgent care. What's the point in having a pediatrician? This happens everytime that I call. They never seem to have anything open. I think that they have too many patients...and they don't set aside any open appointments for sick children. Also, they hound you about the co-pay. I pay my co-pay every single time, and they still act as if I'm not going to pay. As soon as I walk in the door they ask for it. Also, the receptionist does not speak english very well. It is hard to understand what she is even saying. And the nurse is not very friendly at all. She also seems to be in a bad mood. Also, they even wait until you have been there waiting to be seen before they call and verify your insurance. Shouldn't they call the insurance company before you come, so you wouldn't waste a trip there if there is a problem with your insurance??? I would not recommend them to anyone. I do not like the way they conduct business.
