Target

After arriving for a 1:24 appointment, we then had to sign in on an outdated peice of machinery that clearly hadn't been cleaned (in a clinic where sick people go, good job there) that took about 10 minutes to sign in on because of how slow the machine operates. Afterwards we waited 20 minutes after the appointment time only to be told by the on duty physician that she is to be going to lunch. Which wouldn't bother me because nurses are people too. But no apology, no sorry for your inconvienence, nothing to even indicate she was apologetic for having to make us wait close to an hour after our appointed time. Though she did make sure to tell us to "Just ignore that over there" which was the information on the machine showing us as next in line. When we finally got in, the nurse practitioner was very knowledgable and informative. There she apologized and explained the excessive wait was a machine error, and that it was flu shot season which was overloading the work load. Started out displeased, but ended up very happy. Target needs to fix their machine.
