Restoring a GT Mustang it took a couple of weeks longer than I expected But When You see The Body Work & the total Paint Job !
Well, She looks better than the Day I picked it up at the dealership seventeen years ago New !
If You want fast without Quality go to Earl Schribe for the $ 199.00 Dollar paint Job !

My Equinox was hit in the left rear corner, pushed 8 ft into my Motor Home by another large Motor Home which damaged the right front corner & the hood; $4000 worth of damage. It took 3.5 weeks to repair the car; but much of that was due to damage that couldn't bee seen by the adjuster initially and required parts to be ordered to complete the job. The left rear quarter panel was a candidate for replacement but I didn't want that done so Wayne's was able to work the damage out of the existing panel. Overall the work was very good, I can't tell that any damage was ever there. They, like any body shop, don't give you daily updates; they are busy serving you and a lot of other people. They have a large facility and all the people I talked to were always courteous. You may be put on hold if you call but that's because its a busy place.

I hit a deer in november, I got my ranger abck in december, the lfront fender almost hit the door, they realigned it, still not right, they put the front bumper on crooked, I have geico, and waynes put aftermarket part on my truck on an insurance job, this is what geico lets them do, waynes suck they do terrible work, and you have to keep going back, would you let someone put aftermarket parts on, and they are not quality parts, waynes suck and so does geico.

A two week job is now on one month. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION and when we call we are on hold forever and then "I'll call you back" doesn't get returned. Oftentimes the calls are dropped. Even after a call with management, who had tons of excuses and promises to better communicate - NOTHING. Blamed his company's lack of communication on the insurance adjuster - they said they'd call after estimate revision. REALLY?? You rely on the insurance adjuster to communicate with YOUR customers?? What about the calls that should have been made and were promises all the other times?

This company is disreputable, at best. Think twice before taking a vehicle there.

By the way - Is it coincidence that the inept service desk worker is name Holly and the glowing review on many sites is written by Holly?

This is a very honest business to deal with. My husband and I are new to the area and our neighbor backed into our car and the insurance company is not permitted to "recommend" a repair shop. I remembered see Wayne's Paint & Body Shop and took a chance. I am truly glad that I did. Walt, George and Holly were extremely helpful, professional and very competent in estimating and repairing our car. You would never know that the car had been involved in a fender bender. I was concerned about the painting that had to be done because my car is a burnt orange metallic paint but I was assured by the staff that this would not be a problem and sure enough I worried for nothing because the car looks just like it did before the accident. And to my surprise they went the extra mile and fixed a dent that was done by a grocery cart at no charge. They definitely go the extra mile. I found their customer service to be something that is not common in Florida, even in The Villages. Please do not let a review that seems really extreme, when you don't know both sides, stop you from using Wayne's Paint & Body Shop when the need arises. My surrounding neighbors who knew of the accident can not believe the repair that was done to my car. The neighbors are in awe that there is no trace of any dents and the paint job.

The staff at Waynes Paint and ...

The staff at Waynes Paint and Body went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the repair process that was going to be done on my car. This was the first time I had been in an accident and had no idea what i was getting into. The guys there called and kept me updated and in no time at all i had my car back and the work they did was Beautiful! like the accident never even happened! I hope I never have to use their services again but if i do i will definately be a return customer!
