Park Terrace Apartments

If you want to live in an apartment with no pool, crappy service,
and no maintenance because they are too damn cheap,
and live like I did with no hot water for 4 months until I quit paying
the rent...then this is the place for you. Just hope nothing else breaks,
because they sure won't fix it for you. And then when you move out
they try to charge YOU to fix all the things that were broken to begin
with. You'd be better off living in a homeless shelter....

What a hellhole...I don't understand why they refuse to fix broken things in

your apartment. Too cheap, I guess. I had brown water when you would

TRY to get hot water out of the faucet. It was absolutely disgusting.

And there are drug dealers around the corner everywhere, so you can't

bring your kids anywhere near the place. You'd be better off living in a

cardboard box...at least it's cleaner. The worst part was the brown water,

and I mean BROWN, and all the drug dealers. Stay away from this craphole.
