These people screwed over my Mom by refusing to admit her to her own apartment after convalescing at a hospital. The Administrator Carol met the medical transport and refused to allow them to bring my mother in the building. I got a call from the admissions person who misrepresented the situation until I challenged her springing it on me out of nowhere. Meanwhile they kept my mother outside in the cab in 100 degree heat for 45 minutes and would not even allow her to come into the lobby to be in the air conditioning. Charges for Elder Abuse have been filed with the state of Missouri by the hospital who sent her back to her home. These people have no regard for their clients safety to do something like this.
