Crystal Clean Car Wash

I purchased a Groupon to get my car detailed here. The Groupon indicated it was by appointment only. I tried calling several times (dozens) with each time kicking me into their voice mail on the first ring. I left 4 messages with my name and number indicating that I would like to make an appointment, they never returned my calls. I also tried to contact them through their "contact us" form on their webpage, never got a response from them either. I can't really give them a review on their actual work since I never got past their lack of customer service to make an appointment for detailing....hoping to get a refund on the Groupon now.

Don't go there! I signed up for their detail service through their Groupon offer. I had to wait three months to use my Groupon because they were not prepared for the onslot of business. My appointment was scheduled for this morning. I called prior to the appointment time telling them I would be late due to the bus being late for my kids. When I arrived, the detail guy (who was not at all professional looking), rips in to me for being late and says he can't do the job. I offered for him to just do whatever he can in the time frame he has and he refuses. I called Groupon and received a refund and will never recommend this place again.
