First mess up, cut my layers all the same length, I have an inverted bob so the back is much shorter than the front so she took the front layers and made them the same as the back!!!! What the heck!!!! It looked so horrible so I'll never have hair done again! Next mess up, the girl jacked my eyesbrows up! I said keep the thicker shape and she made them pencil thin, no arch to them, and I looked surprised! So disappointed! Never again will I go there!
