Lebanon Health and Rehabilitation Center

It's a great place... It's like being at home. the care is so great everyone is always so helpful and the care is a 10 star and if people will give the place a chance they will see how great this place really is and how the staff really cares about their love one.

I would not recommend going to this facility they are so short staffed and they can't give the care that the patients need and it iseems very heart breaking from where the company use to stand and how far it's gone down hill now but if you have a loved one that you care about please don't send them to this facility I WOULDN'T SEND MY DOG TO THIS FACILITY!!!!!!! and that's how bad I think of this facility

I cant say enough great things about this facility. If you are looking for , people who truly care, people who love, people that are professional, with true hearts of gold, look not further , because youve found it at Lebanon Health and Rehab.

This place is not for your loved ones they do not take care of people I pulled my mom out the first day after the administration promised me they would take great care of my mom after leaving the hospital 4 hrs later she was in a 20lb wet diaper and it took me going to the nurses station to get someone to answer her call light after 30 min waiting if you have no choice but to place a loved one please find another facility that loves people this one does not I asked for my moms med sheet when we left after I get her home trying to see what new meds I needed to get for her the med sheet they gave me wasn't even for my mom it was for another gentleman I mean they are not a loving or caring facility
