Quality Roofing Supply Company

Unfriendly service. I called a service rep from a metal company, they said to go to this place because it was local to get some brochures to check out color comparisons. The guy had no idea what he was doing, and gave me a brochure for the wrong metal product. When I questioned him and said it was for a different product than what I was looking for, they basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and to get out of the store. The one guy was just plain dumb, and the other was very rude. Avoid this place if at all possible.

This is my statement after they refused our phone calls and would not call GAF in order to provide us with a tracking number so we could locate our order(I finally got the info on my own through GAF). "What an inexcusable experience we've had with Quality Roofing...we paid $130 for shingles to be shipped to us by special order only to find out that they did not place the order in a timely manner, causing the shingles to be delayed by DAYS!, MAY HAVE HELD OUR ORDER OUT OF SPITE because they didn't like the fact we went over their heads to find the shingles we needed and communicated directly with GAF (male ego, much?!), and are now facing rain that could pour through our shingle-less roof to the finished basement in which we are living. Scott should be ashamed of the way he speaks to customers, particularly women, and the lack of customer service he delivers on behalf of his company. Clueless...while we were a meaningless, little job on your hit list this week, the ramifications of our experience can be huge for you. You really don't get it. What a poor representation of Quality Roofing Supply, Inc. I'm sure they'll feel the same way when I speak with them."
