Clean Sweep Air Duct Cleaning and Chimney Service

We are having a problem getting the " lifetime written warranty, th at we could pass down to the next owner of our house on the relining material and labor on the job " that we were promised at the start of the job . So far every thing is working ok , but it has only ben a little over a month since the job was completed. What do we do or where do we turn if this system fails ,burns thru and burns our house down or God forbid we burn up too! I am beginning to think this warranty does not exist , and we were mislead ,I hope I am wrong . has anyone else experienced the same thing ? Maybe we were fools for believing this and taking someone at their word !

They scheduled an appointment with us and then didn't show up without any notice whatsoever. I called them and they never returned my call. Absolutely terrible.
