Service is Terrible. I called this company requesting a mechanic take a look at my A/C unit. They took my information and said I would receive a call back to schedule an appointment. No one called me. I finally had to call them to find out the status. My paperwork got lost under some other paperwork on the desk. Once they found my paperwork, they agreed to send a tech out the following morning. The tech did show and charged me $131 for his time. He told my wife he would get me an estimate and told her they could order the new unit and possibly get it installed the following day. Once again I didn’t receive call or email regarding my estimate. I called the company the next morning to get an update. They could not find my paperwork again but agreed to look for it and call me back. They found my paperwork located in the “Completed pile”. I told the guy I was getting frustrated with their service and wanted the manager to call me. It was Friday afternoon, the guy said Rick was out of the office and it would be Monday before he could get back to me. On Monday the original tech called me justifying his work. He said it was not his responsibility to get an estimate to the customer. I called their office back and finally got to speak to Rick and yes he couldn’t find my paperwork. He said the tech had it with him even though he wasn’t supposed to. He agreed they had issues and said he would call me back with the estimate. Rick did keep his word and left a message with an estimate. $841.50 for the new upper unit + 1.5 hours of labor. I checked online with PPL and the same new A/C unit was only $568.00. At this point I have money invested and it’s still HOT. I called the company back and agreed to let them install the new unit at their price but wanted the original $131 to be credited towards the installed price. Rick refused. So I took my business elsewhere. This is my experience, hope yours is better.
