They stayed open a few extra minutes to help out my granddaughter who
Had a flat on 45N with two small children in the car.
They were very fair and so kind and cordial.

I honestly have never encountered a nicer group of mechanics. They helped me out of a mess I created for myself, never once talking down to me (something I've encountered often in the past as a female, unfortunately). They didn't even try to sell me anything extra. Above and beyond in customer service.

Put simply, these are good people who do good things. We need to clone these guys!

Went for new tire, rotation, upper lower bearing replace, alignment. Kept getting different prices on tires. Finally settles on one and after they started repairs I was told the tire wasn't available. Went with the next one up. 20 min later I'm told that tire isn't the right kind. Ended up paying double for the tire than what I settled on when they started.
I was told repair would be 3-4 hours it was 6. When they gave my truck back the first time they had mounted the spare tire and rim instead of the alloy tires that where on the truck. They wanted to charge another $35 to change spare to the wheel rim that was there.
Got home to find a very large screw had ruined my tire. Called manager who couldn't have cared less. The mechanic was very difficult.
But, I did get a good alignment and it appears the ball joints were repaired correctly.

If you don't have a coupon you have a 30 minute wait but when you show your coupon it turns in to a 2 to 3 hour wait.. you can go to grand slam and get it for 30.00 plus a free car wash and better employees

My first visit to this shop was about a year ago when I had my tirerack purchased tires delivered there for installation. I had to call to find out if my tires were there, then asked if they could install them and they said yes. I went to get the tires mounted and installed and they said the tire installer went home sick. I said fine I will have them mounted at another location. After they loaded them in my car we drove over to the NTB in Kemah and had them mounted, balanced and installed with in the hour. Well, it happened again, I bought 6 tires from tirerack for my dually to have them install them but guess what, the only guy to install them went home sick and they didn't call me even though I had an appointment, and even though there were other guys there and all bays were empty. I loaded up the tires and will have them installed someplace else. Stay clear of this place. It appears that Asad Khan does not need any business, sounds like a front for something other than tirerack tires. They also overcharged my wife for the set of tires she had installed earlier and would not reimburse the difference. WE WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS NTB EVER AGAIN!!!
