Sheila was amazing to work with and I wish we were still located in Lawton so we could continue our sessions with her.
I contacted Sheila for marriage counseling when I was feeling really low. Sheila helped us recall events that led to our marriage and that brought back many happy memories. Sheila, most importantly taught us communication. She taught us how to communicate assertively, how to be empathetic, and how to appreciate one another. These were all skills we were lacking and she guided us one conversation at a time.
I appreciate Sheila for being straightforward and acting more than a mediator. We’ve learned so much from her than from any other counselor we’ve been with in the past.
