Pro-Tech

I bought wheels and rims from this company and am now having issues with one of my wheels ..when I went in to talk to Them about it he told me the tires come with no warranty and the rim is not covered ...he didn't even take the tire off of the wheels to see what is wrong with it he was very rude and had very poor customer service . I called the manufacture and his distributer to see how to get this handled and they sent me to another shop here in town that will be shipping my wheel to the them to take a look at it at no cost ...The manufacture also told me that it sounds like it is covered under warranty ... I wouldn't recommend protech to anyone that cares about service after the sale is complete due to his lack of knowledge and lack of customer service ... This is all just my opinion on how I was treated at my last visit.. I will now shop elsewhere

UPDATE ! though we had a bit of a bumpy ride with Pro-Tech, Rick stepped up to the plate and displayed a level of integrity that is simply not seen in businesses in this town. He didn't make us prove anything, didn't try to blame shift, he simply apologized like a gentleman, and fixed everything.



THIS is a shop that can be trusted, with management that has REAL integrity. No one is perfect, things sometimes go wrong, but this shop right here should be commended, this shop is a model that I wish other businesses in Lawton would learn a damn lesson from. Pro-Tech is the ONLY shop my cars will go to from this day forward.



Last tint guy I tried to use "Custom Window Tint " on Fort Sill Blvd, the OWNER no-showed 3 of my appointments. I am a salesman at a dealership. I will not send my customers to a business I don't trust ! By default, where I go, my customers go... MY customers will go to Pro-Tech ! "Custom Window Tint" just lost a LOT of business.

I took my car in to get the windows tinted 2010 scion tc 2 door, not only were they the best price in town but they did a wonderful job! They got my car right in and got the job done and did it very well. I was so pleased a few days later I decided to have a new sterio installed into another vehicle I own 07 jeep liberty, I bought the unit and just wanted them to install it, the unit I bought was missing a peice..(thank you wal-mart!) but they called me and told me so I replaced the unit and they still installed it and had it ready to go that same day. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would definatly recommend them for these services!!

We took a good-running car to Pro-Tech to have it detailed. We did not know they would detail the engine - we only wanted the interior and exterior cleaned. When the car came out of Pro-Tech, it ran very poorly. We ended up taking it to a mechanic, and the problem was due to cleaning liquid and water in the spark plug wells and distributor. Due to the short circuits caused by the liquids, the distributor cap and a spark plug wire were ruined and had to be replaced. When we called this to the Pro-Tech owner's attention, he responded with a very rude and aggressive attitude. I would never recommend this place for any kind of work, based on the very poor response by management to an issue. According to him, it was everyone's fault but his. He even went so far as to say that the car was running poorly before the detail work, which was a outright lie. Don't go to Pro-Tech!!!
