Candlewood Apartments

So these apts are infested with mold. They "paid" me to come clean and I cleaned out an old abandoned apt with mold growing for two years in a fridge. Instead of replacing it they had me clean it out w a spray bottle and water.

Management also let animals die in an apt that a tenant was evicted from.

If they ask you to clean these apts don't do it.
You won't get paid and they will say it's because you didn't clean. But they only pay $35 and you have to spend four days scrubbbing layers of filth before you can get to the actual wood/ wall/ cabinet.

It's a straight joke.
