Bryant Management

I have been renting with Bryant for over a Year and Love it . Anytime I call about something it Gets fixed ASAP. My Grass is cut Once a week and He always has a smile and a open ear if I am having any Problems. I would rent from him anytime.

we've been renting from bryant management for just under a year now. we live in one of the apts on hoover. two weeks after we moved in our house was broken into and everything was taken. Days after that to our disguise we discovered we had rats. upon consultation with him, it became the tenant's reponsiblity to deal with the rodent problem of the entire complex. The heating has been broken for four months now beginning just as winter started. Mold in the bathroom. constant stale odor. hole to the attic. no weather strip on the door so constant leaves and bugs were being blown in. bad company as neighbors. its a great bargin. but its a terrible place to live
